Walk-and-Talk Consultation: Beginning with curb appeal, and then moving indoors, we walk through every area of your home with you. We provide easy-to-follow advice on paint choices, furniture placement, decluttering, and any cost-effective updates that may be needed.

This is all aimed at creating the “model home” that showcases your property in the best possible light. 

Speed Staging: Here you’ll spend up to 4 hours with one of our stagers and an  assistant. To ensure optimum results, they’ll rearrange your artwork, décor, and furniture. Their primary focus will be to create maximum impact, concentrating on the rooms of the home that are most important to buyers, e.g. kitchens and living spaces. This, in turn, ensures the offers start rolling in! 

Total Transformation: Working with one stager and one assistant they will spend up to 7 hours in your home. It includes a 1-hour consultation beforehand alongside 6 hours with our stager and their assistant in which your home is completely restyled. If we believe furniture rentals are needed, we’ll inform you of this in the consultation and each carefully-chosen piece will arrive at your home with our stager.
